Refund policy

1. Returns

  • You may request a return within 3 working days of receiving your order.
  • To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
  • Certain items such as custom, personalized, or final-sale products cannot be returned.

2. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping may be deducted from your refund.

3. Exchanges

We replace items only if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same item, please contact us at contact.2ndinnings@gmail.com.

 

4. Shipping for Returns

  • You will be responsible for paying shipping costs for returning your item, unless the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item).

5. Disclaimer

Our products are handcrafted by skilled artisans with great care and attention to detail. Each product is made by upcycling the used denims and other fabrics which may result in minor variations in color and texture between picture to product and between product to product. However, we ensure that the overall design and aesthetics remain the same. These natural variations are not considered defects and will not be eligible for return or refund.
If a customer receives a defective product, we are fully liable to return or exchange the item. Customers may request a return within 3 working days of receiving their order.
